Internship Program

The predoctoral internship at the Boise Veterans Health Care System is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation (CoA) of the American Psychological Association (APA). The next site visit will occur in 2020. The Boise Psychology Training Program offers internships to U.S. citizens who are pursuing a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited institution. Priority will go to students seeking a generalist training with an emphasis on service delivery in rural and highly rural settings.

Postdoctoral Fellowship Program In Primary Care Psychology

The Postdoctoral Fellowship Program at the Boise VA Medical Center is a newly funded program and is not accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association (APA). The program plans to submit an APA self study in Fall 2014, following the graduation of the first class of Postdoctoral trainees.
