Internship Program

The predoctoral Internship at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association. The next site visit will be during the academic year 2011.

In order to be considered for admission to the Psychology Internship Program, candidates must have completed at least three years of graduate course work in an APA-accredited clinical or counseling psychology training program, have completed a minimum of 1200 hours of supervised clinical practica as part of their graduate program, and be a citizen of the United States.

Postdoctoral Fellowship Program - Neuropsychology

The two-year Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellowship at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association. The next site visit will be during the academic year 2011.

Applicants must be United States citizens and have completed an APA-accredited doctoral program and an APA accredited internship, prior to beginning the postdoctoral year.

Postdoctoral Fellowship Program - Rehabilitation

The Rehabilitation Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa is not yet accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association. An application for accreditation is in process, and a site visit is expected by 2010.

Applicants must be United States citizens, obtained a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program, and completed an APA-accredited psychology internship.
